AL MURABIT: An Introduction
Al Murabit is a privately owned, Anglo-Iraqi security and risk management company based in central Baghdad.
The Company was forged out of a partnership between the Iraqi owner of the British construction company Harlow International, a former Iraqi Minister of Interior and three British directors with nearly two decades Arabian commercial trading experience. The Five Partners identified the requirement for an agile and responsive Security Company that matched the benefits of an Iraqi workforce with the training, expertise and guardianship of the British partners and the political and commercial depth of the Iraqi partners. Together we are specifically focused on supporting clients seeking to do business in a resurgent Iraq.
The Partners oversee a fully functioning Iraqi/British team of directors and managers based in Baghdad and are therefore able to provide market-leading advice on trading in Iraq. We offer our clients decades of accumulated Middle Eastern experience, political and ministerial access and liaison and a full spectrum of security services.
