Further to this all candidates must be able to demonstrate an exemplary record of operational performance in austere, high threat environments as well as a clear record of client focused relationships. To ensure we only employ the highest caliber of operator, employment in Al-Murabit is by referral only. To be eligible for employment an existing employee of the company must agree to act as a referee.
